A number of probable Medieval strip lynchets are visible on aerial photographs as levelled earthworks in fields east of Northland Corner, Bratton Fleming. The lynchets resemble those seen in and around Challacombe, but are less well preserved. Several follow a similar alignment to extant boundaries in the area, and it is possible that these extant boundaries lie on former strip lynchets. Other details: Monument Number 1489056.
