Three pumps shown in yards to the rear of the row of terrace cottages at Loughborough.

Brayshay, M., 1991, Heathcoat's Industrial Housing in Tiverton, Devon, 86, 91 (Article in Serial). SDV348975.

The terrace of stone built dwellings known as Lower Loughborough was erected in 1818 and ultimately purchased by Heathcoat. However the amenities were not ideal, as just two water taps served the entire terrace and the only four lavatories drained directly into the Exe.
