House, early 19th century. Painted stucco, hipped slate roof with a brick stack to the right. Double-depth plan. Exterior: three storeys; one-window range. Full-height French windows to all floors with four panes to each leaf, those to the first and second floors are 20th century. A first-floor balcony on four slender cast-iron columns with wrought-iron scrolls and circles to the tops, within a shallow semi-elliptical arch which spans the front, supports a 20th century glazed roof. Twentieth century six-panel door to the left. Interior not inspected.
