Three sections of ditch on a east-south-east to west-north-west alignment in the northern half of the area where topsoil was removed. They appear to have been dug to aid drainage, and contain a higher proportion of stone within their fills. One of them can be dated to after AD 1770, as it yielded a sherd of willow pattern pottery of this date. Other details: Figure 2. Map object based on this Source.
