Visited on 22nd January 2006. Milestone to north-west of minor road to Burrington at Barnpool, and 50 metres north of layby, on grass verge close to road edge, and partly in hedge, on west side of road. Legend "14/Barum/". Moss growing over top of stone. Piece out of top left hand edge as if clipped by passing traffic. Worn and partly sunk. Circa 1879.
