Hitchcock headstone approximately 12 metres south of chancel of Church of St. Mary. Headstone. Proably 17th century, in memory of Nicholas Hitchcock. Local grey limestone. Upright square-headed slab standing approximately 600 millimetres high, the front is inscribed with plain bold capitals. It records the death of Nicholas Hitchcock but the date of his death is buried. Date listed 17th March 1988.
