Historic farmstead included in Dartmoor National Park Authority survey (2003). Depicted on the 1840s Tithe Map, this farm went through a major redesign in the later 19th century; the survey recorded all 19th century buildings. Farmhouse has datestone of 1852; barn to the north-east is dated 1862.

Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments, Plot 698-700 (Cartographic). SDV359954.
Farm is shown on the Tithe Map; farmhouse in centre, with two additional farm buildings to the south and a third to the north of the farmhouse.

The late 19th century historic map seems to show a complete redesign of the farm; potentially none of the buildings shown on the Tithe Map have been retained. Layout consists of house on the north-western side of the yard, with two large buildings to north-east and south-east; a further small isolated structure is located in rough ground to the south of the house
