(23/10/2003) Trowlesworthy Warren Farmstead included in survey of historic farmsteads.
Farmhouse dates to the mid-19th century, the replacement barn etc. are 1960s
Origins of the site are medieval. Long documented history as rabbit warren until about mid-20th century. Detached small enclosure away from main field system. Large number of hut circles, enclosures & clayworks leat nearby. Replacement barn is granite faced but is lined with concrete blocks internally.
