Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
The Tithe Map depicts that farmstead at the eastern end of Murchington. The farmhouse lies on the south-eastern side of the farm, with two main buildings to the north-west and west. 39 on the Throwleigh apportionment.

The late 19th century historic map shows that the building to the west of the farm may have fallen into disrepair by this time.

The early 20th century historic map shows a church has been built over the site of the old farm building. The second building shown to the north-west of the farmhouse has also gone by this time.
