Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments, Plot 158 (Cartographic). SDV359954.
'Cottage and Garden' recorded on the apportionment. Depicted within this plot; a single building aligned north-west by south-east to the east of Lower Bowdley (MDV8033).

By the later 19th century historic map depiction, Waverley Cottage has been constructed to the north-east of the older cottage.
