Middle Natsworthy includes a longhouse, which could date from the 17th century. It has a spiral staircase and a bricked-in hearth fireplace in the traditional longhouse style, together with a flagstoned central passage which divides the living quarters from the shippen, now belonging to lower natsworthy but unaltered. The living room has a floor of bedrock granite. The house no longer owns any land. It has been divided between Higher and Lower Natsworthy.
