One building in rectangular enclosure shown.

The Tithe Map indicates more than one cottage on this site (the more westerly had been demolished by 1861), but the Apportionment records only one cottage owned and occupied by Phillip Edgcombe. The outline of one surviving structure was shown on the 1955 Ordnance Survey map. Other details: Figure 2, site 17.
