11.5 - Structures noted on sources dated 1906 and 1984. Poor condition.

Building shown on 1867 Bedford Estates map, believed to be a grinder powered by the main shaft from the north side of the water wheel. Other details: Figures 6, 36, site 24.1.

The 1867 Bedford Estate Map illustrates a number of roofed buildings close to the water wheel pit (Site No. 24) and a Grinder was recorded at SX 45365 68959. In 2006, no surface evidence for the Grinder was located and it was subsequently not visited. There was no secure evidence for the Grinder. Poor preservation levels are recorded.
