Historic farmstead included in survey undertaken by Dartmoor National Park Authority. Mid-19th century farm consisted of a single farmhouse building with small associated structure. An adjoining cottage was constructed in the late 19th century and a barn was added in the 20th century.

Full description

1840, Tithe Map (Cartographic). SDV339770.

Farmstead is depicted on the 1840s map. Farmhouse is shown coloured red (the later adjoining cottage is not indicated), and a small structure is depicted in grey in the south-western corner of the holding.

Farmhouse is depicted on the First Edition historic map. Adjoining cottage is included on map. An extension to the farmhouse on the south-western end is also shown.
