Full description

Passmore, A. + Knight, S., 2009, Farm Environment Plan (FEP), Updated Spreadsheet of Archaeological Sites (Un-published). SDV344664.

Visited 2009. Information provided by R. Bass. Surface rubble, cement and bitumen. Scattered concrete fragments and pebbles found over a wide area. Site is at end of a flat slack that looks like it has been deliberately levelled, perhaps to remove military structures, and is partially defined on north and south sides by low banks. Within the site at SS4527733120 is a wooden post.
Military vehicle activity on a recognised track. Site deliberately levelled. Other details: Site 119.

Unknown, 2010, Farm Environment Plan (FEP), Shapefiles of Archaeological Sites (Un-published). SDV344665.
