Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
House and garden are depicted on the Tithe Map; 642 and 640 on the Mary Tavy apportionment; 'House and Garden'.

The late 19th century historic map shows the holding has been developed into a small farm with barn, cart shed, shippon and wash house all added to the south-west of the farmhouse.
