Two buildings shown.
Buck, C., 2009, South Hooe Mine, Bere Alston, Devon: Archaeological Assessment, 39 (Report - Assessment). SDV344692.
The original building, shown on the 1844 'Beerferris' map is later shown on the 1856 mine plan as a store room. By this time an office had been added to the west. The buildings were amalgamated into one around the turn of the 19th century, and during the first half of the 20th century housed farm labourers. The building is now used as a Bed and Breakfast.
