Robinson, S. + Corney, M., 2006, Proposed Lagoon Site at Twinyeo Farm, Kingsteignton, Devon: Results of Archaeological Evaluation by Earthwork Survey and Trial Trenching, 3, 12 (Report - Evaluation). SDV345292.

The earthwork survey identified a short length of shallow ditch, 16 metres long, 2 metres wide and upto 0.1 metres deep, set at the top of a former river cliff, and parallel to the upper break of slope. A trench aligned north-west to south-east was positioned to target this feature, which also corresponded to a geophysical anomaly. A single linear feature aligned north-east to south-west and representing the former ditch was present at the south end of the trench. It had steep sloping sides, and a concave base at a depth of 0.3 metres. No dating evidence was recovered. Other details: Figures 2, 5 (a) + (b); Appendix 1.
