One of the last remaining 2-3 storey stone 18th century warehouses that originally fronted The Quay.
Unlisted. Stone elevation to Queen Street is cement rendered. Evidence of 1st/2nd floor loading bay to Queen Street. In very poor condition.
Current use is car parking to ground floor. Double height upper floor empty. Photos.
