Full description

Hut circle A measures 8.0 meters in diameter and has walls 0.4 meters high and a possible entrance to the south-east.

This hut circle measures 6.0 meters in diameter internally and is built against the pound wall or may interrupt it slightly. The walls of the hut circle are well-preserved and remain to a height of 0.5 meters, 0.4 meters wide and are overgrown with bilberry. There is no clear entrance.

This site was considered for designation as a Scheduled Ancient Monument during the Monument Protection Programme. The programme ended before the entire list of sites was successfully scheduled so this is included on a local list of Nationally Important Sites.
