Extensive traditional boundary walls in cob and stone with capping in tiles or slate are considered features of special importance, and are worthy of retention. Other details: Maps, photographs.

Garden boundary wall east of Verralls, 18th or 19th century. Cob, rendered, on stone plinth, with pantiled coping. It forms an attractive group with the front wall of 'The Vines' (now 'The Limes') opposite, and Stooks, next door. 'Verrall's' was formerly known as 'Ponsford'. Included for group value.
