Budleigh Salterton is perhaps unusual in the exceptional quality of much early 20th century housing, not all of which is within the conservation area, nor yet considered to merit listed building status. In West Hill is Westbourne Cottage (1927) in the Voysey tradition, roughcast with corner buttresses. Other details: Maps.
