Proposal to demolish for road improvements in 1974. Conservation Section photographs show three-storey building on the corner of White's Lane (Halsdon Terrace) and Windy Cross. Facade facing Mill Street has two gables flanking central entrance accessed by steps. Two double arched windows to first and second storeys and single arched window to third storey.
