Nos 4 and 5 Bridge Cottages are of brick and date from around 1840.

Two cottages forming part of a row with nos. 1 and 3 to the left. Circa 1840. Brick, roughcast; gabled end slate roof. Both single-depth cottages, No.4 with 2 rooms and central entrance hall, No.5 with 1 room to the right of entrance hall; with axial stacks with brick shafts. 2 storeys.
Front: No. 4, double fronted, 16-pane hornless sash windows to both floors; doorway with scratch moulding, canopy on shaped brackets. No. 5, 2-window range, the window above the doorway blocked, sash windows, doorway and porch as to No. 4.
