Full description
Fisher, J., 1999, East Devon Conservation Area Appraisals: Sidbury, 4 (Report - non-specific). SDV346859.
At the centre of the village, and attractively grouped in several short terraces, are a number of whitewashed cottages, some thatched, others slated. Other details: Maps.

Possibly originally one house. Early 19th century two storeys rough cast. Gable end slate roof. Symmetrical 3 window front. First floor has outer 2-light and central single light slightly camber headed casements, thin wood frames small panes. Camber headed sashes on ground floor, one with glazing bars intact, small panes. Joint centred porch on thin chamfered supports, lattice sides and partition, tent roof. Recessed doors of 4 flush panels, 2 glazed in No 4. Narrow rectangular blind fanlights with diamond pattern.
