Full description

At the centre of the village and attractively grouped in several short terraces, mostly facing the church, are a number of whitewashed cottages, some thatched, others slated. Other details: Maps, photograph.

Early 19th century pair of cottages as one house. Two storeys rough cast on rubble base. Possible refronting of earlier structure. Gable end tarred roof, 3 window front, centre blind first floor. Two-light casements with marginal glazing. Joint entrance, 2 doors of 6 panels, 2 glazed No 105, 3 steps up. The Old Clock House, Red Lion Inn, Sidbury Post Office, School House, Oak Cottage, Royal Oak Inn and Nos 103 to 106 form a group.
