Full description
Fisher, J., 1999, East Devon Conservation Area Appraisals: Honiton, 5 (Report - non-specific). SDV346894.
The western end of the conservation area is characterised by groups of mainly early and mid 19th century villas in landscaped gardens, with some chert stone boundary walls. The houses range from expressive Gothic cottage to fomal two-bay classical types. Maps.

Large two storey house with two projecting bays on north side (facing Exeter Road), either side of two rectangular bay windows to ground floor with two tall sash windows above. West elevation has five sash windows with wrought iron balconys to first floor and a large central enclosed porch with tall sash windows to left. Right side of porch is a possible later single storey extension.
