Stone Cross (Remains of) marked on 1880s-1890s 25 inch Ordnance Survey map.

Remains of cross shaft (not in situ). Type B. Buckland-in-the-Moor. Close to the south gate of the churchyard, laid as coping stones on the wall, the upper portion of an octagonal cross shaft, with the head and one of the arms (citing Masson Phillips, 1937).
Crossing suggests that the pedestal outside (MDV7970) may be part of this cross (citing Crossing, 1892).

Broken cross head cemented into the top of the wall to the left of the gate. Probably once stood on the pedestal where now the oak tree planted in 1935 to mark the Jubilee of King George V.
