Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.


Child, P., 1996, Hammonds Farm, Loxhore (Correspondence). SDV347047.

Visited 19th March 1996 by Peter Child. The pound house immediately behind the farmhouse is of some antiquity, although its roof appears to be 19th century. The cider-making equipment has all been removed. There is a small single storey calf house attached to its north-east corner. It is a simple and attractive vernacular structure. Other details: Building 4.
