Butler, J., 1991, Dartmoor Atlas of Antiquities: Volume One - The East, 128-9 (Monograph). SDV299725.

One of at least ten hut circles in the Sherwell prehistoric settlement, which consists of a number of fields within the reave system, many with a single hut circle built at the edge or corner.
The remains of hut circles 9 and 10 (4.6 / 2.5 meters in diameter) share the same field. Other details: Map 15, 1.

A dispersed group of hut circles sited around the south and east side and within the modern Sherril enclosures.
SX68297450. A hut circle which has a diameter of 5.0 meters, with a level interior, despoiled, several orthostats in situ, adjacent to medieval wall, probably robbed out, no visible entrance.
