A well preserved example of a lofted cow house of early 20th century date. It is not shown on the 1908 Ordnance Survey map. It still retains interesting fittings in the section used for housing cattle. The enclosed compartment at its eastern end was presumably for a root stall with direct internal access to the cow house.
