Full description
East Devon District Council, Restoration of Cob Wall (Planning Application). SDV347103.
Cob wall between Fore Street and the garden of 77 Bicton Street. Average height of 10 feet, with a red tiled roof. Reputed to have been part of the town hospital/orphanage, the shed being the morgue.

Wall extends between 80 Fore Street and the junction of Fore Street with Bicton Street. Two pointed arched doorways visible at the northern end.
