Brick cottages with slate roofs, with largely unspoilt frontages retaining significant period detail. Other details: Maps.

Clarence Villas are a pair of brick cottages, bay windows with sashes to ground floor, two sash windows to first floor, slate roofs. Vine cottages are three plain brick cottages (possibly four originally), one window to each floor, most windows appear to have been replaced.
