Small building shown in south-east corner of the gardens at Duryard House.


Exeter Archaeology, 2007, Archaeological Assessment of Land at Lower Duryard, Exeter University (Report - Assessment). SDV347264.

Ordnance Survey maps from 1890 to 1951 show a small building sited close to the south-east corner of the garden. No trace of it is visible today.
