Summary

Pair of early 20th century houses on the north side of Court Street, Moretonhampstead. Although they have some modern alterations, including double grazed windows, they retain many attractive features including matching dormer extensions and wrought iron railings and gates.

Pair of early 20th century semi-detached houses on Court Street (north side). Matching doorways with bay windows on both the ground and first floor and matching dormer extensions to the front elevation. Windows all appear to be modern replacements but the houses are an attractive pair with tile roof with red ridge tiles and curving finals mounted on the apex of each dormer extension. Decorative wrought iron railings and gates with flanking brick gateposts at the front and red and black tiled paths leading to front doors. Other details: Staff Training Day worksheet.
