A disused slipway. Although concrete was observed on the slipway, the construction of random coursed local stone blocks seems to indicate a post-medieval to modern construction date. The slipway is apparently still in use; a vessel was tied up alongside at the time of survey.
Adjacent to the slipway is a disused boat house of red brick with occational cut stone blocks.
The slipway and boat house are both marked on the 1890 Ordnance Survey map.
