'Boat House' shown on north-east side of 'Fish Pond' to south of Bicton House.


Mason, N., 2000, Boat House, Bicton - Proposed Repair (Correspondence). SDV347443.

Boat house set below the house on the lake side, within a small copse. Attractive building but not considered to be of sufficient historic importance to be given statutory protection. Building is in poor condition, having suffered extensive attack of woodworm. Correspondence concerns most appropriate method of repair.
