Full description
1840, Tithe Map (Cartographic). SDV339770.
Small structure thought to be the pigsty depicted on the 1840 Tithe Map.
Ordnance Survey, 1904 - 1906, Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25 inch Map (Cartographic). SDV325644.
Pigsty building is depicted on the early 20th century Ordnance Survey map and appears to have been extended to the east, doubling the size of the structure in comparison to its original size, which saw the eastern boundary of the structure aligned with the eastern boundary of the farm. Now shown to overlap this boundary.
