This multi-purpose farm building was built in a single operation, probably in the early 19th century. It is depicted on the Tithe Map of 1832 and is described in the 1920 sales particulars as ‘Five stall stable, root house and cow houses with lofts over all’. In the mid-20th century the whole of the main block was converted for use as a milking parlour, removing internal partitions and replacing the loft floor structure. Further later alterations have also taken place.
