1840, Tithe Map (Cartographic). SDV339770.
Leat is not depicted on the Tithe Map at Little Ensworthy where it should be apparent beside the road so it may post-date 1840.

Leat depicted on the First Edition Ordnance Survey map (approximately 1880s in date) but not named.
