Possible farm building shown on first and second edition Ordnance Survey maps, called 'Barton Down'. Not shown on the later 20th century Ordnance Survey mapping. The site of the building can be made out on the 1946-49 Royal Air Force aerial photographs, but there is no sign of it on later aerial photographs.
