Building shown on 1880s-1890s 25 inch Ordnance Survey map with a round house on the north side and an adjoining paddock.

The west grinding barn was converted to a dwelling in the early 1880s. Now called Gardeners Cottage. There is now a square annexe on the site of a horse engine shed.
