Dwelling with shop below forming part of a long row. Late 19th century with earlier work evident at rear. Sham timber framed frontage under slate roof with crested ridge tiles. Axial stack, plastered brick shaft. Front: two-window range, each first floor window an oriel under separate gables of unequal width and height. Both gables with finials, barge-boarding and pendants, that to the left with slate-hung gable wall, that to the right with trefoil-headed slatted ventilator; both oriels with transom and leaded upper lights with coloured glass, the left-hand one treated as a Venetian window (1:3:1), the right-hand oriel (1:2:1) with segmentally headed lights. three tiers of half-timbering, the lower tier with some little trefoil-headed arches; the left hand oriel rests on a stone corbel which forms a keystone to a slate-hung lintel to the vehicles access to rear of tenement.
