Primula House; mid 19th century with stone rubble walls and hipped grouted slate roof. Two brick end stacks. Plan: two-room central entry plan with small service rooms to the rear. Exterior: two storeys. Symmetrical two-window front of original 16-pane hornless sashes with contemporary 6-panel door at centre. Interior not inspected (description 1987).
