House. Circa late 18th or early 19th century. Rendered stone rubble walls. Gable ended slate roof. Two gable end plastered rubble stocks. Plan: two principal rooms at the front with integral outshut of smaller service rooms at the rear. Central entrance with stairs at rear projecting into outshut. Exterior: two storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front of original 12-pane hornless sashes. 19th century gabled open-fronted porch at centre with early 19th century part-glazed door behind. Modillion cornice below eaves. Integral outshut along rear wall with taller stair tower at centre which has original windows and hipped roof. Interior not inspected, but may contain original plasterwork and joinery (Listed 1987).
