Claymoor House and its outbuildings lie up a private track and could not be surveyed closely. According to a 1979 archaeological report it was built in 1881 by John Oliver, who ran the Smallhanger Clayworks nearby. The house appears to have an L-shaped footprint with plain gabled roofs. Other details: Figure 2, site 11.
