The posthold, 0.20 metres by 0.12 metres by 0.20 metres deep was cut into the base of a Bronze Age ditch. A large stone was set in the bottom and the fill contained a piece of wood. Several possible stake holes were also located in the trench. The wood is described as 'fresh' and likely, therefore to be modern.
