Full description

Manning, P. T., 2003, Archaeological Evaluation of a Proposed Golf Course Site, Exminster, Devon (Report - Evaluation). SDV336102.

33 pieces of flint were recovered during topsoil stripping and other excavations. Most of the pieces had been struck and included utilised flakes, scrapers and a possible awl. The flint indicates background prehistoric activity in the area, although no specific sites of prehistoric occupation were located during these investigations. Map object based on this Source.
