Summary
A curvilinear bank is visible on aerial photographs between 1946 and 1977 as an earthwork, probably a relict medieval field boundary. Several rows of pig pens are visible in this location on aerial photographs of 1999, and it is possible that the earthwork has been levelled or reduced in height.

A curvilinear bank is visible on aerial photographs between 1946 and 1977 as an earthwork aligned appriximately east to west and 2 metres wide. It is parallel to extant curvilinear hedgebanks and is probably a relict medieval field boundary. Several rows of pig pens are visible in this location on aerial photographs of 1999, and the bank is not visible; it is therefore possible that the earthwork has been levelled or reduced in height for agricultural reasons between 1977 and 1999.
