Full description

Long, limestone rubble farmhouse with two 17th century/18th century wings to the rear and a half hipped roof. Lower end was originally a shippon and is now converted into cottages. Four-window front. Chert; Limestone; Rubble stone. Limestone rubble with some chert packing. Thatch. Eyebrow eaves.

Higher Westwater Farmhouse.

Circa 16th century stone rubble house, with byre at lower end converted into cottages. Thatched hipped roof. Two storeys. Long four window range. 19th century casements, first floor with eyebrow eaves over. Ground floor larger casement windows with concrete lintels. Left and right modern glazed doors. Brick ridge chimney stacks. Two circa 17th/18th century stone rubble wings at rear.

Interior: cruck trusses, probably joisted but plastered over. Stopped chamfer ceiling beams.
